Job Scope:

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Produce and edit high-quality visuals and videos, including reels, GIFs, and short-form content.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and viral moments to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Plan, schedule, and manage posts using content calendars and social media tools.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates, influencers, media, and content creators to amplify campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong creative eye with proven content creation and editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
• Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and design tools (e.g., Canva, WooCommerce will be added advantage).
