Sales and Marketing Executive - Air Conditioner

• Salary: $2800 - $3400
• Location: Bedok
• Working days: Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm

Job Responsibilities

Sales

• Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
• Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Prepare business performance reports i.e. Sales and inventory status and control.
• Manage dealers' inventory through sell-out activities.
• Manage promoters' targets, deployment and sell out achievement.
• Work closely with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.
• Manage customers' AR and AP.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned in relation to the operation of the business.
• Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters
• Supports promoters' leave application and update HR Dept
• Support sales team on monthly report.

Marketing

• Understand the marketplace: competitors' products, pricing and sales strategies
• Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging
• Carry out advertising and promotion activities (ie. product launches, product training and promotions etc.
• Work closely with sales team on product features, benefits and commercials.
• Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability
• Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives
• Perform sales and inventory, and purchase management

Job requirements

• Min Diploma
• Channel sales experience would be of added advantage
• With 1 - 2 years' experience in Sales and/or Marketing in consumer products
