We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will assist in creating and managing content across our social media platforms to help grow our brand presence and engage with our audience.

Your Mission:

• Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest fresh ideas
• Support the social media team in daily administrative tasks
• Help analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages under guidance
• Assist in social media campaigns and promotions

Are you someone who is:

• Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Xiaohongshu etc.)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and organized
