Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow local and overseas customer base.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in line with company goals.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of customer requirements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote company capabilities and product offerings.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and after-sales support.

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide technical support when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in a related field or at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or semiconductor firms.

• Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese for work-related communication.

• Willing to travel as needed, mostly within Malaysia.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
