Job Scope:

Design & Visual Creation

• Design thumbnails, social media graphics, and marketing collaterals using tools like Canva
• Ensure visuals align with JNA's branding and tone

✍️ Copywriting & Captions

• Write engaging and on-brand captions, headlines, and content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Craft clear, concise messaging that converts viewers into leads

Scheduling & Posting

• Manage the content calendar across all JNA platforms
• Schedule and post content based on optimal engagement timings

Content Vetting & Quality Control

• Review and vet video content before publishing to ensure it meets brand and platform standards
• Coordinate with the video and marketing teams to polish content for publishing

Platform Upkeep & Engagement

• Monitor post performance and assist in community engagement (comments, DMs, etc.)
• Stay updated on social trends to keep content fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Skilled in design platforms like Canva
✔️ Strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency
✔️ Confident in writing engaging, conversational copy
✔️ Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with scheduling and content flow
✔️ Prior experience in real estate or investment content is a bonus
