We're looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Assistant (Content & Ads) to support our marketing efforts across digital platforms. You'll assist in developing engaging content, managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, and supporting media-related initiatives such as live shows and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Assist in creating content for social media, websites, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with designers and vendors on visual assets (photos, videos, graphics)
• Support scripting, shooting, and editing of short-form content
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Support the setup and management of Meta ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
• Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.)
• Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data
• Help with targeting, A/B testing, and budget tracking

Show & Campaign Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing live shows and branded campaigns
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Manage scheduling and provide support during live/recorded content
• Track and compile performance and engagement metrics

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• A good understanding of content creation and social media trends
• Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Creative, resourceful, and digitally savvy

Bonus Points

• Experience with TikTok or YouTube content
• Involvement in event or live show coordination
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid media platforms
