We seek a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand's growth, develop integrated campaigns, and optimize customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, email, content, events).

- Lead campaign ideation, budgeting, and ROI analysis to meet KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue).

- Manage SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing to boost brand visibility and engagement.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine tactics.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align messaging and goals.

- Oversee marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integration.

- Track performance using Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.; report on metrics and optimizations.

- Mentor junior marketers and manage agency/vendor relationships.
