JOB DESCRIPTION

La Maison du Whisky is currently seeking an APAC Manager for a portfolio of French Spirits brands to join its team. This person will oversee the distribution and activation of said portfolio in the Asia-Pacific region

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading strategic market expansion, distributor partnerships, and brand positioning in key markets such as Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and China.
  • Oversees logistics, promotional initiatives, and A&P programs to drive sales growth and consumer engagement
  • Coordinates closely with internal teams in France and Asia (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution across the region.
  • Builds strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and local brand ambassadors to support in-market execution
  • Educate and engage stakeholders on the world of spirits-particularly the rum and gin categories-through masterclasses and training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 8-10 years in brand management or marketing, ideally in wine & spirit, luxury.
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of APAC markets (cultural, legal, and business nuances)
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Brand Expertise: Proven experience managing premium brands in the region
  • Marketing Skills: Expertise in 360° marketing (digital, events, trade, PR, etc.)
  • Distribution: Understanding: Familiarity with regional distribution and retail landscapes
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Project Management: Ability to lead projects across multiple countries and stakeholders
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly across the APAC region
  • Results-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and focus on ROI and brand KPIs
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments

WORK LOCATION: UE Square / Fort Canning MRT
