About the role
We are seeking a data-driven and visionary Product Marketing Lead to spearhead our product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. Your mission is clear: drive 80 new client acquisitions within your first 6 months by deeply aligning our product's value proposition with user needs and optimizing the end-to-end experience-from awareness to activation to revenue.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing. You will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive self-serve adoption, free-to-paid conversion, and customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead a product-led growth roadmap tailored to driving user acquisition, activation, and monetization, based on solid customer insights.
- Launch or drive user acquisition of 1-4 free products with strong need in adjacent territories to Sleek's core business, with opportunities to upsell to the users of the products the core services of Sleek
- Develop GTM strategies for new product features or modules with a focus on rapid adoption and tangible business outcomes.
- Partner with eCommerce, CRM & Customer Journey Product/Engineering teams to refine onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and user engagement loops.
- Lead GTM for new features and products: Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new product functionalities, ensuring their successful adoption and impact on growth.
- Launch rapid experimentation (A/B tests) across the funnel to maximize signups, trial starts, and upgrade rates.
- Track and improve key PLG metrics such as CAC, TTV (time to value), trial conversion, and NPS.
- Build and execute a plan to acquire 80 new clients within 6 months, including detailed acquisition funnels and success milestones.
- Analyze user cohorts and behavioral data to inform client targeting and messaging.
- Report weekly on PLG performance, insights, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
To do this, you will have:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 2 years in PLG-focused roles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth, including successful acquisition campaigns or product adoption loops.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Tableau and Excel.
- Excellent storytelling and positioning skills; ability to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives.
- Experience scaling a product from early PMF to growth stage.
- Background in marketing to SMBs, startups, or digital-native clients.
- Familiarity with modern CRM (Hubspot) and PLG stacks and automation tools (e.g., Appcues, Clearbit, Segment, Intercom).
