What the role is
Are you a natural trailblazer? Do you have what it takes to lead us into the future?

Join the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, one of the 10 largest pension funds globally, the heart of Singapore’s social security system. As a member of Team CPF, you will play a crucial role in impacting the lives of more than 4 million members for their retirement, healthcare, and housing needs, as well as helping them cope with life’s uncertainties. For example:
i. Many Singaporeans own their homes using their CPF. For their healthcare or long-term care needs, they rely on insurance schemes that we administer, such as MediShield Life and CareShield Life.

ii. To ensure that members don’t outlive their savings, we have our annuity scheme called CPF LIFE.

iii. To help families who just lost a breadwinner, we have the Home Protection Scheme and Dependants’ Protection Scheme.

iv. In addition, we also implement many national schemes, disbursing several billion dollars in grants to reduce inequality and to help Singaporeans cope with the cost of living.
