• Ensure and provide professional and top-notch customer/ guests 
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
• Attend to guests enquires and handle feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training is provided
• Min Bachelor in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or equivalent
• Frontline experience in hospitality or luxury retail industry
• Well-groomed
• Great communication and service skills.
