Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Handle client inquiries, provide recommendations based on client's financial needs and addressing concerns in a professional manner

• Conduct market research and analyze client needs to provide insights for client's growing and changing needs.

• Participate in training sessions/seminars to develop skills in client management and service excellence.

• Maintain excellent management of clients account(New/Existing)

• Optimize portfolios for clients for the best possible ROI.
