Location: Changi Business Park

Salary: Up to $3.8K

Job Scope:

• Handle and manage daily operations and rectifications of faults.
• Conduct regular audits of building and M&E facilities and works, ensuring quality work is completed on schedule.
• Attend to service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, and other repairs.
• Plan and oversee contractors in maintenance and repair works, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Physically inspect and approve permits for contractor activities.
• Work closely with contractors for preventive maintenance and system troubleshooting, ensuring good Safety/GMP practices.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in implementing quality maintenance programs and complying with regulatory requirements, company global policies, and EHS requirements.
• Respond to emergency calls and faults during and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Manage assets and equipment, including spare parts inventory and monitoring stock cards for consumables (e.g., air filters).
• Monitor and carry out daily routine checks on building facilities operations (e.g., M&E, BMS System) in accordance with Authority requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
• Conduct engineering investigations for quality-related deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate Superior.

Requirement

• Min. Dipoma in Engineering
• Has prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
