Job Requirements and Duties :

• Singaporean with 1 to 2 years property facilities and building maintenance handson working experience.
• Handle general maintenance and repair work on various systems, including (but not limited to) M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting and carpentry.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors for smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with superior and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
• Able to work overtime, weekend and piblic holiday.
