Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)

Job Description:

• Plan, manage, inspect, compile service reports for routine maintenance for M&E systems
• Prepare quotation via schedule of rates for any repairs or new works
• Attend to fault calls for emergency/ critical M&E systems
• Provide support in project works
• Attend meetings as arranged by superior
• Required to make frequent site visits to government sites (this is not a desk bound job)

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min Nitec in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics)
• Experienced in air-conditioning/ pumps/ building automation system/ electrical
• We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
