Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hour

Job scope

• Executing daily logistics operations process.
• Handle for order processing and organize delivery coordination.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory and order fulfilment.
• Process inventory checking, tracking & replenishing.
• Process & fulfil customer orders
• Liaise with supplier in terms of pricing, delivery & product quality matters
• Preparing invoice& delivery order and filing of all relevant document.
• Answer incoming phone calls and liaise with customer for the order status.
• Prepare documentation and processing duties.
• Any ad hoc as assigned by the management.
• Will be require to arrange for Ninja Van to send out the stocks to the store

Job requirement

• SAP trained.
