Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing complex transportation processes, operations and technology.
• Developing plans to monitor transportation resources utilisation levels and reviewing efficiency of transportation operations.
• Supervise a transport operations team, and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology.
• Review allocation of resources in support of different business activities.
• Coordinate operational policies, standards and procedures, execute risk mitigation plans.
• Execute business processes improvement solutions, environmental protection policies and procedures.
• Manage WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements.
  Perform safety and health risk assessment.
• Communicate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
• Plan delivery of logistics products and services that meet customer requirements.
• Review cargo or material handling security procedures.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Transport/Warehouse Operations
• Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders with leadership skills
• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Supply Chain Software/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
• Class 3/4 and/or Class 5 Driving Licence and/or Vocational/Forklift Licence is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications
• Work location: Changi Airfreight Centre (Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-6pm)
