Job Title: Warehouse Officer cum Customer Service

About Company:
Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description:
- Responsible to warehouse daily operation activities, ensure smooth daily operation process
- Organize stocks, including spare parts and electronic appliances parts
- Support the movement of the parts and products
- Work closely with internal teams on logistics of the spare parts and products
- Respond and resolve stocks queries related to products and spare parts
- Liaise and coordinate with authorized Service Contractors, in house technicians etc. to resolve issues when necessary
- Perform simple troubleshooting to identify the issue
- To conduct weekly and annual parts stock count
- Retrieve and deliver spare part to Customer Care Counter
- Perform front counter duties including but not limited to spare parts over walk in, bring in repair, repair collection and redemption when necessary
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager/company

Job Requirements:
- At least a O-Level academic qualification
- Experienced in warehouse operations
- Experienced in customer service is added advantage
- Basic computer skills.
- Good stamina to carry parts (about 5kg to 8kg)
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize work, attention to details and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and fast pace environment

Compensation:
- Work location: Bedok, Singapore
- Within walking distance from Bedok MRT Station
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm), Saturday (9am - 2pm)
- OT occasionally (max 2 hours per day)
- 1 year renewable contract
