  • Promote international air and ocean freight services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct cold calls and proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports detailing performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify potential clients and actively develop new accounts to expand the company's customer base.
  • Manage sales operations as well as daily logistics activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and enlarge targeted customer segments through strategic planning and lead generation.

Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management and other equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
