Sea Freight Manager

Location: Ubi
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM / 9AM-6PM
Salary: S$ 5,000 - 6,000

Key Responsibilities:

✅ P&L Management - Drive revenue & cost efficiency for sea freight operations.
✅ Process Optimization - Maximize Freight Management System (FMS) for productivity gains.
✅ Cost Control - Analyze & implement cost-saving strategies.
✅ Team Leadership - Delegate tasks & oversee department performance.
✅ Customer & Stakeholder Management - Handle key accounts, meetings, and inter-department coordination.
✅ Data & Reporting - Generate freight invoices, customer reports, and management analytics.
✅ Troubleshooting - Resolve shipment issues & manage project cargo.

Requirements:

✔ 2-3 years Sea Freight Operations experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Shipping Documentation, Customs, and Export regulations
✔ CargoWise One proficiency (Mandatory)
