Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cargo load plans for export flights and oversee warehouse operations for cargo buildup.
• Carry out pre-manifesting and manifesting according to booking list, load plan and adhere to all loading limitation/requirement.
• Communicate closely with warehouse and Load Control so as to deliver load figures accurately and timely.
• Handle post-flight documentation and activities according to standard set.
• Process all regulatory check set by different authorities, e.g., Air Cargo Advance Screening (US ACAS).
• Perform duties as designated by Cargo Supervisor and other senior level.

Requirements

• O levels , A levels or polytechnic praduates are welcome to apply.
• Flexibility to work on shift schedules (including overnight, weekend, and public holidays).
• Fresh graduates are welcome, experience in airline or ground handling agent, especially in cargo operations would be an advantage.
• Posses system knowledge and IT skills e.g. MS Words, Excel, etc.
• Preferably with driving license. Strong communication, analytical and inter-personal skills.
• Safety and operations focused.
• Need to attend the training courses in Taiwan and pass the tests during onboarding.
