Customer Service Officer | Freight Forwarding | Up to $3k | 5 Dyas | Bukit Batok

Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Bukit Batok

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up sales confirmed shipment.
• Provide booking confirmation, Bill of Lading ,transportation, billing for import / export shipment.
• Monitor Sea vessel / Air flight status.
• Handling import /export SEA/AIR shipment.
• Follow up agent nomination shipment.
• Follow up booking with carrier/NVOCC for FCL shipment,Co-loader
• LCL shipments, Air liner Air shipment and overseas agent .
• Work and cooperate with sales person.

Requirements

• With at least 1 year relevant working experience
