Responsibilities:

• Oversee safe navigation, mooring, ballast, and cargo operations of assigned vessels.
• Monitor and ensure vessel performance aligns with time charter party agreements.
• Manage navigational practices and cargo handling to comply with international standards.
• Lead incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes and preventive actions.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for vessel operations.
• Serve as Lead Auditor for navigation, cargo, and mooring operations.
• Supervise and enhance vessel operation technology, operational efficiency, and cargo systems.
• Investigate operational issues related to navigation and cargo handling; recommend improvements.
• Manage ship-to-shore communications and assess ship shore compatibility.
• Coordinate marine casualty management in accordance with internal LMS (Loss Management System).
• Monitor terminal regulations and requirements, providing updates and guidance to relevant stakeholders.
• Support buyers and sellers with operational expertise and marine compatibility.
• Ensure alignment with the division's strategic objectives.
• Perform port and sailing audits as required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sailing experience as Master on LNG vessels.
• Possess a valid Master Mariner License.
• Prior experience working in a ship management company.
• Strong knowledge of international and local maritime regulations.
• Familiar with ship shore compatibility processes and Optimoor studies.
