• Communicate with customers regarding export shipment instructions and booking updates.
• Prepare job sheets for Operations to ensure follow-up.
• Reserve airline space through phone, fax, or email.
• Process shipments in CargoWise.
• Monitor and follow up on import shipments, ensuring timely status updates.
• Arrange local handling services.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to internal and departmental reporting, including monthly updates.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics/supply chain related studies or equivalent
