Accept, check, and process cargo shipments following company and regulatory standards.

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of cargo.

Assist customers with cargo inquiries, bookings, and tracking shipments.

Liaise with ground handling agents, warehouse staff to ensure smooth cargo operations.

Monitor cargo shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues.

Calculate charges, prepare invoices, and collect payments as needed.

Maintain accurate records and update shipment status in the cargo management system.

Monitor on-time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.

Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.

Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, carriers and drivers

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance have an added advantage.
