Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, contacts, and decision-makers within client organizations to gather insights and secure business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and acquire new business prospects.
• Organize and participate in regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business retention.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to meeting team KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Review sales performance periodically against the annual plan and develop corrective strategies if targets are not met.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in a hunter role within a Freight Forwarding or 3PL Logistics company.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives with a proactive attitude.
• Strong hunter mentality, business acumen, and industry expertise.
• Proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business.
