• 5 Days week 
• Work location : West 
• Salary : $2400 (depend on experience)

• Singaporean ONLY with 1-2 years working experience as customer service related in logistics/suppli chain industries.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin with respective language speaking customers.
• Daily triggering and assigning of jobs, liaise with driver and call management team.
• Email call management team to check on spare parts’ estimated delivery date and time.
• Liaise with customer on shipment dates. 
• Work with Ops RMA team on unused parts.
• Arrange red rush ordering with warehouse and driver.
• Liaise with Call Management Team or Engineer for any adhoc collection activation 
• Follow up with customer and call management team on backlog order and recovery. 
• Prepare loan form for customer to sign for loan of spare parts.
• Backup on preparation of airway bill and invoices.
