Join Our Growing Team! We are expanding our Operations Department

Responsibilities:

Arranging shipments for customers
Liaise with sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customers' shipments to various destinations
Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
To generate reports as and when required.
Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge
Training and support provided
Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit
Able to handle multi-tasking, and cope with a fast-paced environment
Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience
