Freight forwarding coordinator / 5 Days/ $2500 - $3500/ Pasir Panjang

Job Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or land

Booking & Coordination of sea shipments

Handle full sets of documentation

Manage day-to-day operations & transactions

Liaise with respective overseas offices and agents

Verify the accuracy of shipment costs and invoices

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

Experience in freight forwarding - air freight, sea freight, cross trade, customs clearance, warehousing, project cargo

Good team player with the ability to work independently

Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Immediate Starter will be an added advantage

Benefits:

Permanent position

$2,500 - $3,500 per month

Working hour: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Working location: Pasir Panjang
