Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations for FPSO projects, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.

✅ Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance to facilitate smooth shipments.

✅ Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation strategies.

✅ Oversee logistics costs, risk assessments, and project timelines to prevent delays and budget overruns.

✅ Ensure adherence to HSE, industry standards, and international shipping regulations.

Must-Have Requirements:

Freight forwarding expertise - Strong knowledge of shipping, supply chain, and international trade compliance.

Familiarity with customs regulations, incoterms, and cargo handling procedures.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling complex shipping operations.
