Job Descriptions:

1. Check & pre-alerts incoming and outgoing shipment to overseas destination

2. Cordinate with operation manager and warehouse on the operation matters

3. Assist in re-packing and handle of parcels and cargoes at the warehouse and office

4. Ensure accurate input of measurement into the cargo system

5. Process shipping documents and execute AWBs, e.g permit, CIPL

6. Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment

7. Assist in preparing the invoices to customer when required.

8. Able to drive forklift will be an advantage.

Pre-requiste of candidate

• Must be PC-literate with minimum GCE O levels
• Must be a Team Player and able to work independently
• Must be careful, diligent and meticulous
• Possess a sense of urgency and responsibility of work
• 1-2 years of working experience, on Job training will be provided
• Able to handle challenges with tight schedule

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 9:00 to 6:00
