Within the scope of national and international regulations and the Company rules and arrangements; ensuring the uninterrupted performance, monitoring, and reporting of the sales and handling operations of the cargos carried by the Company's flights and the necessary operations until the final destination of the cargo within the frameworkof the regulations and instructions by coordinating with the Company and non-Company units.

- Maximise cargo revenue by priotizing high-unit-price shipments.

- Monitor and implement cargo regulations, Star Alliance practices and international publications.

- Ensure smooth cargo sales and services operations.

- Oversee efficient cargo acceptance, delivery and transport operations.

- Enforce security regulations and rules.

- Ensure timely revenue recognition.

- Provide periodic activity reports and statistical information to relevant units.

- Establish coordination with localcustoms, handling agents and management to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare load sheets, ensure weight and balance calculations.

- Supervise loading/unloading, check customs documenst and ensure compliance with procedures.

- Comply with company standards, policies and regulations.

- Reports accidents, incidents and customer complaints.

- Attend training session and implement changes.

- Communication with external parties.
