Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing, including delivery process.
- Manage order fulfillments, including into SG warehouses
- Monitor all shipments, including inbound shipment, process to outbound shipment release and coordinate system posting into SAP.
- Obtain shipping approvals from customers, release shipping instructions to 3PL Global warehouses.
- Working closely with 3PL warehouses and forwarders on shipping arrangement and resolve shipping issues.
- Identify, report of shipments that are at risk/potentially drop out in revenue to Channel Sales Manager and Direct Manager. Identify the gaps and opportunities to avoid the risks.
- Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance process
- Prepare, manage inbound and outbound shipment documentation
- Liaise with forwarders on shipment rates/freight quotes.
- Manage and support the inventory, perform regular audits on inventory in Singapore.
- Prepare item list for inventories and ensure physical stock count ties to SAP system.
- Ensure regular data maintenance of clean-up for inventories in SG warehouses.
- Support the audit activities
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Management or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain function.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel)
- SAP experience in Sales & distribution module and Order-to-Cash is required. CRM experience is added advantage.
- Knowledge in shipping procedures (air and ocean transportations, incoterms, key freight terminology, etc.) is a plus point.
- Result oriented with great attention to details.
- Having strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player who enjoys working with diverse cultures.
- Ability to handle responsibilities under pressure and ability to thrive in a face-paced and revenue driven customer service environment.
Compensation:
- Working location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
