1. Singaporean ONLY with 1-2 years working experience as customer service related in logistics/suppli chain industries.
2. Able to handle English and Chinese documents.
3. Minimum N-Level
4. Daily triggering and assigning of jobs, liaise with driver and call management team.
5. Email call management team to check on spare parts’ estimated delivery date and time.
6. Liaise with customer on shipment dates.
7. Work with Ops RMA team on unused parts.
8. Arrange red rush ordering with warehouse and driver.
9. AHOC collection activation request by call management team or engineers.
10. Follow up with customer and call management team on back order and manual release (recovery).
11. Prepare loan form for customer to sign for loan of spare parts.
12. Backup on preparation of airway bill and invoices.
