Job Description:

• Execute inbound and outbound material control tasks, inbound and outbound material logistic tasks, ERP transactions, continuous improvement, administrative tasks, ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Meet expected standards and timeline as communicated by supervisor.
• Execute material control tasks with required ERP transactions
• Inbound material receipts
• Transfer of finished goods to external warehouse
• Disposal of obsolete materials
• Execute material logistic tasks with required ERP transactions
• Monitor inbound material logistics estimated time of arrival (ETA) to site, escalate delays to planned ETAs
• Warehouse housekeeping, 5S activities, self-inspection tasks, consumables stock take and issue PO to replenish
• Work in manner to ensure Health, Safety, Environment, ensure movement and storage of hazardous materials in compliance with safety requirements, prepare safety risk management plan in collaboration with HSE for supervisor review and approval.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Nitec / Diploma
