JOB SCOPE

▪  Planning and organizing daily warehouse activities such as receiving, put away, order picking, 
proper data recording and document retention.
▪  Ensure efficient utilisation of warehouse space, pallet racking and resources such as 
forklifts/reach trucks.
▪  Conduct & reconcile weekly cycle counts, ensure accuracy of WMS system transactions of finished goods, raw materials & packaging items.
▪  Manage inventory disposals of damaged, excess and obsolescence products according to local chemical regulations.
▪  Overseeing staff performance, provide training and support, identify development needs, and manage relationships between shopfloor team and management to drive any changes for improvement.
▪  Coordinating with 3PL service providers, internal stakeholders such as production, quality, 
planning & customer service to ensure a smooth order management experience.
▪  Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports related to warehouse such as inventory & picking 
accuracy, space utilization, on-time receiving & resources utilization.
▪  Ensure compliance to all warehouse procedures, 5S, safety and audit requirements.

Requirements:

▪  Diploma and above
▪  Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in warehouse/logistics operations.
▪  Basic knowledge of handling chemical products.
▪  Possess a valid forklift license.
▪  Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
▪  Experienced in inventory system like WMS or SAP would be advantageous.
