Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45am-6pm

Pay: 2.5-3k

Job Scope

• To assist with the support in Procurement with good governance in purchasing practices and documentations
• To assist with the annual verifications of Fixed Assets
• To provide updates to CA&P SOPs, intranet and common drive
• To assist in procurement related audits
• To assist with the ad-hoc green certifications, whenever required
• To continuously improve and innovate on existing processes in improving work efficiency for CA&P department
• To be aligned with CA&P core purpose of supporting CDL and working towards Central Procurement
• Any others as required by HOD
