Contract: 5 months contract convert to perm

Location: Changi South

Working Hours: 4 days work week, Am/Pm shift

Pay: 1.7-2k + shift and transport allowance

Job Scope

• Perform all coating production tasks including setting up and operating coating machines, mixing chemicals, generating OCS reports, tagging and spool wrapping
• Support to meet targets on output, yield, OTIF, quality, waste and productivity
• Set up slitting machine
• Perform quality visual inspection of film rolls using mapping reports
• Perform core cutting, packing and palletizing tasks
• Perform label printing using SAP system
• Perform quality checks and tests of film rolls at QA laboratory
• Maintain good recording of data and information
• Maintain good 5S and hygiene
• Maintain good GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Observe and follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Comply to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 15378 requirements
• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior
• Support to meet targets on output, yield, OTIF, quality, waste and productivity
• Perform daily operation of utilities section equipment thermic fluid heater, chillers, AHUs and air compressor, etc.
• Perform daily routine maintenance of coating machinery and utilities equipment
• Carry out weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for coating machinery and utilities equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day problems in the plant
• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment
• Any adhoc duties assigned by HOD
