About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will need to support all aspects of day-to-day account management. This role reports directly to the Director.

 

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Organise, prepare, conduct and lead regular business and performance reviews
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and their vendors
  • Ability to handle client accounts from different industries in APAC regions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Effectively manage any issues that arise
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Ad hoc tasks assign by Director

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, or related field
  • Customer Service experience in Logistics/supply chain industry is preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as excel. Experience in SQL is preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to navigate and thrive in fast-changing work environments
  • Independent and a team player
  • Fast learner, flexible and reliable
  • Fluent in English as the role requires managing internal and external communication in English. Second language is plus
