Job Description

• Handling shipping arrangements
• Handling shipping duty with shipping partner, logistics company, third party freight forwarders
• Handle import & export shipment
• Involved billing, packaging and preparing of shipping documents
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
• Promptly respond to incoming mail & calls to avoid delay of shipping's schedule.
• Validate invoices for inventory payments.
• Report stock discrepancies and damages to suppliers; record credit/debit notes.
• Work with finance department for credit claims and supplier payments.
• Monitor product supply changes and update the sales department.
• Arrange product samples and tester packs for local and regional offices.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level / Nitec
• At least 2 years of working experience in Shipping or Logistics function
