Join a manufacturing unit in west Singapore as a Stores Assistant (Chemical), managing inventory accuracy, stock control, and shipment preparation to support smooth operations.

• Verify daily inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with records to maintain stock integrity
  Update daily inventory reports for incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accurate tracking
  Perform daily physical stock counts to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies
  Generate daily purchase order requests to replenish stock timely and prevent shortages
  Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance daily to maintain product quality and reduce waste
  Coordinate with other departments daily to facilitate smooth stock flow and resolve inventory issues
  Prepare weekly shipments for Penang, ensuring accurate packing and documentation
  Replenish stock daily to maintain optimal inventory levels for production needs
  Process daily issuance requests to fulfill internal department requirements promptly
  Receive and inspect incoming deliveries daily to verify accuracy and quality of goods
  Conduct monthly stock take and submit reports by the 15th to support inventory audits
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area to promote efficient operations and safety
  Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and inventory management
   
• Job location: Joo Koon/Boon Lay (One-way transport provided from Boon Lay MRT station in the mornings)

Salary: Up to $2500/month (Overtime as needed)
Work week: Monday to Friday (weekends as needed), day and night shifts available
