Our client is a trading company dealing in luxury goods. They have an immediate requirement for a Logistics/Supply Chain Executive.

Job description
• Coordinating logistics, transportation, and distribution activities
• Monitor and follow up on transiting shipments
• Product and inventory management of appointed product lines
• Monitor and follow-up with shipping agents to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate shipping document submission
• Tracking weekly order movement status
• Monitor and expedite delivery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply according to customer needs
• Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product line
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned including packing of samples about 3-4 times a month

Requirement:
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient in ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude
• Advantageous to have experience working in small teams and sourcing projects
• Possess initiative, responsibility and willingness to learn
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications

Work week : Mon to Fri
Salary : $2500-3000 pm
