Position: Storekeeper / Storeman
Location: Joo Koon
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $2,500
Working Hours: 8:00AM – 5:15PM
Work Schedule: 5 Days Work Week

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and supplies

• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in Excel

• Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts

Storage & Organization

• Ensure proper labelling and safe storage of materials

• Organize stock systematically for efficient retrieval

Issuance & Dispatch

• Issue materials to relevant departments based on requisitions

• Prepare and pack items accurately for timely dispatch

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of receipts, issuance and stock balances

• Generate inventory reports for management review

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to company policies and workplace safety guidelines

• Ensure proper handling of materials in accordance with procedures

Requirements

• Proficient in computer usage (Microsoft Excel preferred)
