Our group is involved in the import, sale and installation of new tyres, and the export of waste tyres and waste paper.

We are looking for a freight documentation manager for our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination with customers and suppliers/vendors
• Handles cargo documentation
• Declare permits and handle shipping documentation
• Liaise with shipping lines, haulers
• Handle cross border transport and documentation
• Handle and check letters of credit and liasing with our banks in respect thereto
• Prepare invoices and packing lists, coordinate with surveyors where required.
• Keep proper records as required by our Finance Department
• All other administrative work as assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 4 years' experience, preferably in tyre or waste paper industry

- Able to handle full set of shipping documentation and letter of credit procedure

- Experience handling procedures for export of goods to Malaysia and Indonesia an advantage

- Willing to do shift work if stocks due to arrive after usual hours.
