Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Ref: FRH)

Our client is a global logistics company with more than a decade of presence in Singapore. The company is expanding and looking for a customer service coordinator to provide operational support, including processing daily customer data/shipments and overseeing consignment logistics (material handling, warehousing, compliance). This individual ensures inventory accuracy and carries out safe and efficient operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. He/she coordinates with both external stakeholders and internal teams to implement seamless operations and an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone and email.

Prepare shipping, import, and export documentation in accordance with SOPs and process invoicing upon shipment completion.

Monitor and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments.

Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for all inbound and outbound activities.

Coordinate warehouse activities.

Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.

Perform general housekeeping duties.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Job Requirements
