A global logistics company is hiring an Ocean Freight Coordinator to manage export shipments,documentation, and customer coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and check export/import documents (e.g., HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts, customs declaration, Trade-net operations).
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure shipments are picked up, transported, and delivered smoothly.
• Solve shipment problems, such as delays, missing items, or damages.
• Respond to customer questions and handle complaints professionally.
• Handle billing and ensure charges are collected on time.
• Follow up with warehouses and overseas offices on any cargo issues.
• Verify vendor costs, prepare payment documents, and organize shipment files.
• Coordinate with multiple parties including carriers, warehouses, trucking companies, insurance providers, and customs officials as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shipping Management
• Experience in freight forwarding, export/import operations, or customs documentation
