Responsibilities

• Liaise with Customer Service, Freight Planner and Warehouse, to timely resolve any issues related to shipments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, export controls, and security requirements.
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed EOB.
• Ensure cargo pre-lodge before document flows down to Warehouse Office.
• Any other roles as required by Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Well spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Application (ie. Words, Excel etc).
• Good with systems and software usage.
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume operational setting with a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O, GCE N or Higher Nitec.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in freight or logistic trade

Working Conditions

• Able to work on PH / Sunday.
• Shift work
