Requirements
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation arrangements, and tracking.
- Plan and manage the full shipping process across air, sea, and land, optimizing routes andconsolidating cargo.
- Handle documentation such as customs papers, bills of lading, and insurance certificates.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, perform basic data entry, and support reporting for process improvements.
- Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipment delays, damages, or customs issues.
- Support new logistics initiatives and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and train logistics staff
- Standardize processes and ensure continuous improvement.
- Set KPIs and evaluate team performance.
- Oversee whole logistics division
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level and at least 4 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience.
- Proficient in logistics software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and supply chain operations.
- Advantageous: Ship-handling experience, forklift license, Class 2/3/4 driving license.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
