Handle, coordinate, and monitor export sea freight shipments
Verify customer requirements and ensure export documentation is accurate
Prepare and process export declarations such as HBL, MBL, manifest, permits, and TradeNet submissions
Support general shipping functions including system data entries
Communicate with customers, carriers, transport partners, overseas branches and vendors to ensure timely cargo pick-up and delivery
Monitor freight charges, ensure billings are accurate, and collect charges on time
Address customers' enquiries, feedback, and shipment-related matters professionally
Coordinate shipment bookings, verify vendor costs, prepare payment vouchers, and maintain filing of export documents
Liaise with ocean carriers to track shipments and update customers on schedules and freight status
Perform any other operational duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Diploma or Higher Nitec in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related field
Experience in freight forwarding, export procedures, or permit declaration is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
