A manufacturing company is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders in the system.
• Notify customers upon order completion and follow up on deliveries and shipment photos.
• Coordinate logistics with customers, forwarders, and transporters.
• Ensure timely follow-up on delivery orders and documentation.
• Handle daily label printing and record-keeping.
• Prepare cargo tally sheets.
• Check and print daily Blending Instructions.
• Manage outbound container shipments and vessel scheduling.
• Plan and update shipping schedules.
• Update daily tank truck loading schedules and time-slot bookings.
• Monitor and follow up on daily outgoing goods.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
